Trails in great shape, some erosion on a few mostly in steep sections. Great signage all along the route. |

Cooper and Piper had a blast. Several of the smaller streams were flowing, providing much appreciated water for the thirsty pups, and the occasional cool down bath/soak. Thankfully, there is a stream close to the parking lot for cleaning muddy paws. |

Ya, they are out, and in force. Thankfully, the winds were pretty brisk, and this helped keep them off us while moving. Didn't delay long anywhere along trails. Didn't use netting, but could have. |

Trails pretty dry with occasional muddy sections in lower regions. Most was drier mud, not boot sucking; and easy to get around unless you are a dog, when it is best to walk right through to get more on the paws. Great views today, and a nice strong breeze. |
