Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Some on lower Middle Sis, all rock hops!
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Blowdowns!!! Carter Ledge was mostly fine, Middle Sister would benefit from a handsaw followed by larger means on the handful of downed trees. Well marked though!
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw one tiny dog ascending Carter, didn't see them come back down so guess it was successful. Probs not for all dogs though.
Bugs
Bugs: Tons of black flies
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found a collapsable dog bowl somewhere around the last sister. I brought it down and put it at the kiosk.

Comments
Comments: Carter Ledge trail was incredible! Wouldn't want to do on the way down or wet, but it was swell today. Lots of views throughout. Coming down Middle Sister trail was buggy and time consuming with the attempt to clear some brush off the trail. NO SNOW though!!
