The dirt road had minimal snow so we were able to drive right to the trailhead itself. There were two cars already there but we were able to park our four other cars with no problem. |

After the summit going to south cliffs there appears to be a recent blowdown that needs to cutting; there also was another blowdown that may be older. As noted in all the information I read, the trail is 'severely' eroded. It's time to cut a 'new' trail to the summit. |

Dusting to two inches of snow. No need for snowshoes. Was able to bareboot. We did run into a group of about eight who had turned around because they felt it was too icy. |
