The Diana's Baths parking lot was nearly empty at 9am on this cool and cloudy day with showers. There is a very short, clearly labelled detour at the beginning of the trail, to avoid construction. |

Easy rock hopping, despite the rain in the past 24 hours. |

LOTS of mosquitos along the first 2.4 miles of Moat Mountain Trail (alongside Lucy Brook), especially at Diana's Baths; keep moving here! Head net, long sleeves, long pants recommended. Didn't notice any black flies, however. |

Descending the scrambles on the south side of North Moat Mountain was slightly tricky because they were wet, but not too bad. |
