Didn't see anyone on trail, looks like a doable trail for a dog (one steep section between the 2 peaks) |

Noticed both black flies and mosquitos on top of Livermore and sprayed with Lemon eucalyptus stuff and no more issues |

 | Lost and Found: |
Blue fleece Carhart hat was at head height on a branch in the col between the two and then saw a leather mitten on another branch on the Prescott trail |

Very nice loop with a short walk back to parking where it comes out on Rt 113. Lots of lady slippers, bunch berry just coming out, Canada mayflowers and birds - heard a winter wren and a hermit thrush, saw a scarlet tanager. And a couple of red efts. Old graveyard along the last bit of trail (Old Highway portion) |
