Whenever two trails coincide, both color blazes are used. All trails were well blazed. I don’t recall any blowdowns other than maybe trivial stepovers.

Comments
Comments: Second hike of the day after redlining all of the trails on Oak Hill just to the north. I started down Howard C. Nowell Trail, then looped back to the parking area via Curtis Trail. I continued along the Howard C. Nowell Trail to its jct with Pond Loop, then took that a short ways further to its jct with Marsh Loop which I then redlined in a counterclockwise direction (which includes a short road walk), then continued west on Marsh Loop until it’s eastern jct with Pond Loop and took Pond Loop/Howard C. Nowell Loop north to the parking area. I then redlined the rest of Pond Loop by walking the road and trail to the south. I then turned around and came back to my car the same way. It rained some and the trails were wet but the mud wasn’t too bad. Gaia had me at about 6.25mi, 300ft of gain, 2hr15min.
