Water Crossing Notes: One crossing at the wilderness boundary, water level is low enough to easily rock hop. My preferred spot is the site of the old bridge.

Dog-Related Notes: Great hike for dogs, no water above ~3000 ft

Bugs: The mosquitos and black flies are out in full force right now. Worst is at the trailhead.

Comments
Comments: Great route for people who prefer less scrambling. Minor spots of mud, otherwise a dry trail. Very soft underfoot until the last 0.5 mi where it gets steep.
