Well went up for a quick tag as I just needed it for June to grid that peak out. I also needed it for 4k a day. Lots and lots of people coming down and only passed 3-4 on the way down. Looked like it was finally brushed in the piney area which was a nice surprise. Trail was slick and muddy and rooty like usual. Possibly some new steps in some places but it has been about a year or two since I had been here last I feel. The black flies really came out in force on the summit so I did not stay long and headed back down. Also whoever moved my friends poles she left in the lot to not get run over thank you!!! 1 hour went by and I was able to grab them for her. |
