Trail was on good shapes. Water and mud on trail was expected with all the rain we've had recently |

Trail is like a road with a nice footbed and some small rocks. Views from Bold Knob are amazing.
Several hikers of all ages enjoying themselves today.
Saw momma bear and her two cubs at the intersection of Turtleback Mountain trail and the connector to Shannon Brook trail. She made for the high ground and didn't stick around to long.
Nice hike today at the Castle in the Clouds conservation area. |
