 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Like all the previous reports, I took East Inlet to Scott Bog Road, then right on Ingersoll Brook Road almost to the end, except my low-clearance vehicle wouldn't have made that culvert, so I parked just before it, on the side of the road. |

First hike of the day. From where I parked, I walked up the road to the end, not really seeing any good place to go into the woods. I should've heeded Liam's report and went in sooner rather than later. Once in the woods, it was open and rather fern-y, but walking to the end of the road added some mileage. I picked up the southern ridge, found the RHP, and headed down, taking a bearing straight for my car. The landscape was wet and swampy, and by the end of the bushwhack, I was wet and swampy, but I came out right at my car. Fun bushwhack. |
