 | Comments: |
A figure eight hike to redline Star Lake and Gulfside trails. We went up Airline to avoid an out and back on Valley Way. Airline was wet with a lot of yellow slugs. King Ravine was fogged in. There is still a small patch of snow near the top of the Great Gully. We saw 2 people on this trail. Star Lake is mainly a steep talus climb with one difficult section near the top. We saw 2 people. The summit of Adams was fogged in. Valley Way was wet and muddy most of the way down requiring care foot placement to avoid falling. There were a steady stream of hikers heading up to the hut. |
