Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: No issues crossing streams. Dry Brook on the FWT is running high, but not overflowing, so crossing was easy.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Two crews are working on the OBP down low. They're drilling and splitting granite to make and install steps. It's interesting to watch.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes:
Bugs
Bugs: Black flies were almost completely absent. The breeze on the ridge kept the various flies and bees away unless you stepped out of the wind behind a rock. They were a minor annoyance. There were a few deer flies in the muddy areas low on the OBP late in the afternoon.

Comments
Comments: FWT was surprisingly dry. The FRT and Greenleaf were also mostly dry. The OBP had some areas of mud on the lower half - all avoidable.
