| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
We arrived at 8:00. The lot (east side) was at most half-full. |
| Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
| Recommended Equipment: |
| Water Crossing Notes: |
No issues crossing streams. Dry Brook on the FWT is running high, but not overflowing, so crossing was easy. |
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Two crews are working on the OBP down low. They're drilling and splitting granite to make and install steps. It's interesting to watch. |
| Dog-Related Notes: |
| Bugs: |
Black flies were almost completely absent. The breeze on the ridge kept the various flies and bees away unless you stepped out of the wind behind a rock. They were a minor annoyance. There were a few deer flies in the muddy areas low on the OBP late in the afternoon. |

| Comments: |
FWT was surprisingly dry. The FRT and Greenleaf were also mostly dry. The OBP had some areas of mud on the lower half - all avoidable. |
