Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: First person at the parking lot.
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable
Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: all possible without getting shoes more than a little muddy. I would expect this will change with the forecasted rains in the upcoming hours
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Overall good, well-marked trail. Once the cliff are starts, it is more difficult to see the yellow blazes, but still easy to follow the cliffs
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Sadly, saw none but then again, I saw no one until after I was on the peak for more than 30 minutes.
Bugs
Bugs: Spray up and the mosquitoes aren’t too bad. Lower elevation is worse. The breeze kept them at bay on the peak

Comments
Comments: So glad the forecast didn’t disuade me from getting a quick hike in! Great views to the west and south (down to Blueberry Mountain) and beyond.
