Comments
Comments: A beautiful day for this hike (and to play hooky from work). Blue skies and views for miles. Really worth it to wait for a pristine day for this loop.

Only saw about a dozen people all day.

Some bunchberries and blue bead lilies in fruit, and lots of colorful mushrooms blooming.

The lower end of Bicknell Ridge Tr is a treat for tired feet, soft forest trail and few roots/rocks.

Enjoyed chatting with the guy from MA on the summit of North Baldface- if you read these posts I think the lake we were looking at is Kezar Pond, with Plesant Mountain in the backdrop (near Fryeburg, ME).
