Comments
Comments: Left the Moat Mountain Trail at about the two-mile mark, crossed Lucy Brook, and began the steep climb in open woods. As we climbed higher the woods closed in on us with lots of spindly spruce and blowdowns. We stayed on the ridge but did encounter several ledges that we had to maneuver around to find openings. We found several nice viewpoints near the summit looking west toward Big Attitash. After crossing several false summits, we located the summit jar, thanks to Fran since he was there before, and retraced our inbound track back to Lucy Brook
