All easy, one required wet boots, but I didnt bother looking for a better way, its water, me and my dog dont melt. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
One blowdown at 1.43,a trail blocker but a small saw would do. Other than that, trails are magnificent for a wilderness area. |

What a great dog tril, water the whole way and hardly any rocks, the footbed is heavenly dirt. |

A few mosquitos, but they are waning. |

Shay grabbed his #49 for his second round of the 52wav list. What a wonderful hike, awesome trails, mushrooms everywhere, just zenful and quiet. One sporty ledge up on the cone of the ledge, Shay ran up it like a boss.peak a boo views to Paugus, Passaconnaway and surrounding peaks,but it sure is blocked in now. The trails more than make up for,this would mae a great inclement day hike. Last time I was out here was 1984, guess I was due, it was 1984 Dec 16 and I tried breaking it out solo, never made the summit, but got close, those were the days. |
