Comments
Comments: after the junction with Bald Knob spur there is so much erosion and braiding. don't know what can be done about it at this point.

today's hike was moist and chewy. plenty of folks out enjoying the day. trail is mostly dry up to Bald Knob Spur then after that it is quite a bit leaky. all the squishy spots are widening from walk arounds and man oh man the exposed tree roots will take you down if you're not paying attention. Upon returning to the car, I was quite muddy, tried to mop up, but I only made it worse. this was my first hike this summer and on the traffic jam home I remembered why I shouldn't hike on the weekends in summer.
