| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Parking on Thompson Rd. has room for about 8 to 10 vehicles, depending on how one parks. No parking on the road allowed. It looks like the Mt. Washington Valley Rec Path is finished. The first quarter mile of the hike is on this path before turning off onto the hiking trail. The map at the trailhead shows that the nicely blacktopped path is about 2.8 miles long, which runs from the Walmart at the south end of North South Rd. to Cranmore Ski Area. No motorized vehicles allowed. |

| Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |

| Recommended Equipment: |

|
| Water Crossing Notes: |
Stream crossings down low had plank bridges, small rivulets higher were no problem. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
A few step overs on both trails. Trails in good shape. One section before the steeps of Peaked is highly eroded, could use a few water bars to keep it from getting worse. |
