Did the westerly segment of the Guinea Pond Trail a couple of weeks ago and the easterly segment today. So much flooding. Just a terrible trail. I attempted to wade through the flooding on the spur trail to Guinea Pond and it was simply too deep, and I had to turn back. Need a kayak or a canoe. Maybe next time I'll build a raft Huck Finn style.
Side trip out-and-back Black Mountain Pond Trail to Mary Carey Falls.
Mead Trail to Mt. Israel summit. Views were good today. Interesting perspective of the Sandwich Range.
