Good early start to lesson chance to get caught in a thunder storm. On way up two trail runners making their way down but we passed no one else u til we go to the Ridge. Really humid on the way up. Lots of people going up and some coming. Down without packs or anything useful. Where did they come from? Nice to see some families with little kids out tackling the mountains together. We were in the clouds all the time with some glimpses of cannons tower and Lonesome lake on our way back over North. On south the clouds were interesting mix of dark and white and moving fast. Good steady up and back. Love the short drive home. |
