Carter-Moriah Trail had some bog bridges with boards fallen off and sunken. The right side of the Imp loop was in need of a few more blazes @ times in the upper sections. |

Ascending Imp Face was in brilliant condition, well marked, little mud. Other side was really muddy along the steeper parts of the trail towards the top, took it slow at times to not slide. North Carter Trail was a great, steady way to gain a good bit of elevation. Only trekked on CM for 5 or 10 minutes before pulling off into the spruce leg cutters for Lethe. Pretty clear where the summit was, however the herd path was not as herd path as I'd thought it would be. LOL.
If I was just going out for Imp Face, I'd probably skip the other side of the trail and just OB it. |
