Parked at info kiosk #1. This is a designated hiker parking area. About 5 cars (11:00am). Plenty of room for more cars. There is a well marked overflow parking area just beyond the first parking section. |

There were no significant water crossing. Any of the small creeks were just mud and easily hopped over. |

The trail is very well marked and cleared of blow downs. |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |
This seems to be a great trail for pups. I left my two at home and I know they would have loved it.
We did see a few pups at the parking area...not sure which trails they were hiking. |

Bugs are out. Kept moving so they did not become a nuance. |

Picked up a few pieces of trash. Otherwise nothing lost nor found. |
