Comments
Comments: Started at about 0730, the notch was low 40s to start & felt like we are getting to fall finally, though i imagine we will get waves of heat again before full on seasons change. The trail was notably dry compared to how wet it can be at times going up falling waters. Above tree line the winds were about 20-30mphs. This gave some pretty good shoves at times. Above treeline the temps were low 40s in the late morning & after noon. Gloves & skin cover was needed as the windchill was below 32. Stopped in at the hut for a bowl of soup. All in all not bad, looking forward to colder temps.
