Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of parking spaces open when I arrived at 7am. $5 fee, bathroom at trailhead

Water Crossing Notes: Nothing too terrible. Slipped a bit and dunked my shoe in the first water crossing on Ammo... otherwise not bad if you're not clumsy.

Dog-Related Notes: My golden did fine on the trail, but he has hiked more than half of the 48. I can see some other dogs struggling, especially with their paws if they aren't built up for it.

Bugs: Almost none, except for some black flies halfway down Jewell

Comments: Super fun day! Busy on the summit with tourists taking the Cog. Most people let us ahead of them in line to take a pic at the sign when they saw we hiked.
