Only one ahead of us at 7:30am, still lots of room at 2pm. Plenty of tourists stopping for the great view from the parking area. |

Rock hops. Having waterproof footware a big plus. |

Trails are in decent shape, overall. There are the usual muddy spots, but much of that has firmed up well enough to support foot travel, making just shallow depressions in the mud. |

Nice early fall day for this hike - cool, dry, sunny. Saw a few folks up there on the trail, and one large group of 10 young people heading up at the start of the Cedar Brook Trail. |
