Peek Path, while very short and blazed well, still seems a little hard to follow in spots. Some eroded areas on the steepest parts of this loop due to the grades and lack of steps/water mitigation. |

This one was a quickie hike on the way home from our camping trip and is always a pleasure to visit. The distance for this loop is short but getting up and down the summit cone of Crescent is very steep!
Everything was pretty dry and there was barely any mud. Views were hazy from the Canadian wildfires and the vista of the northern Presidentials was especially obscured due to both the smoke and looking into the direction of the sun. |
