Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Midweek hike, plenty of parking available!
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Dry Trail
Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Easy enough to hop across
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Cleared a couple of minor would-be head-bangers... they weren't problematic today but with 6-8" of snow they'd definitely be a duck-under. Drainages along the whole trail appear quite neglected, and erosion is rampant as a result. Trail corridor at higher elevations could use a haircut. Noticed lots of tread creep due to people avoiding the overgrowth
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes:
Bugs
Bugs: A few buzzing around the summit, but nothing really worth caring about.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Saw a pair of glasses waiting for their owner at the trailhead kiosk.

Comments
Comments: A fine day in the forest. Unseasonably warm with temps in the low 80s at the trailhead, but the weather was great for lounging at the summit!
