Comments
Comments: Trails were wet and mucky following the return of the wet weather. Rain tapered off around 8AM, but fog remained for the balance of the morning. Lots of puddles, muddy areas, and running water, as well as a coat of fresh wet leaves from the birch. Plenty of wet rock and ledge too, but the chimney bypass had already dried off from the wind.

Nice foliage along Tripoli Road and at the very start of the trail, but pretty soon one reaches the elevation in which the leaves have already dropped.

Wet, raw morning with temperatures in the 50s and some wind up high. Summits in the fog, starting to emerge in the afternoon. Conga line of late starters.
