Trails were fairly dry with some minor mud and slippery rock. Some leaves on the trail up high, but not too bad.
Most ski trails have been mowed.
Nice foliage down low in Waterville. Upper elevation birch leaves have long since dropped.
Busy day on the trail with lots of casual hikers perhaps doing their Columbus Day hike with better weather.
Nice fall day with brisk air and a breeze up high. |
