Comments
Comments: Had a fun but cold 2 day overnight loop up Ammo, down Jewell bagging 5 new peaks plus Washington en route to completing my NH 48.

Microspikes recommended above 5500’. I needed them for Adams starting where Israel Ridge breaks from Gulfside, and coming down from Washington on Gulfside, though I did not wear them ascending Washington on Crawford Path because the steps were fairly flat, and there was enough light snow on top of ice that I wasn’t slipping. Jefferson summit will require spikes very shortly, I was being very careful with my footing without spikes, but there was a lot of ice on the rocks.

Camel Trail was a beautiful route to Isolation, felt like I was on another planet. Camped near junction of Isolation and Davis, was able to filter water from drainage coming down the trail between there and Isolation.
