Comments
Comments: Both trails were mostly dry with some avoidable mud. On the lower section of Unknown Pond Tr there is a lot of water to rock hop and some mud too! There are lots of leaves on the bottom half of Unknown Pond making for careful footsteps up the trail. From the trail junction the trail is in good shape except there seemed to be more trees across the trail then I remember. The spur was in great shape and fun. Don't forget to turn left at the largest boulder wall to the actual summit. From start to finish on Unknown Pond trail there were no blazes but the trail is easy to follow even with the leaves. I did not see This is a great hike with some pretty spectacular 360 views.
