| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Parked in lot near trailhead. ON my way out, I stopped to ask about the 4PM gate closing (someone was working in the shed near the parking lot). Was told that there has been vandalism of the property. And although they would like to leave the gates open, they may need to be closed if they see increasing vandalism. This could occur randomly; gates open till 10PM some nites, then suddenly closing at 4PM. Guess the best bet is to wrap up hikes by 4PM. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Many rock hops. One significant crossing required searching for the best route: took combination of logs and rocks to get over. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Easy to follow trail |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Water levels were high, so Coop stayed home, However, most pups could have crossed the streams. However, there was so much water and mud on the trails that any pup may need some serious cleaning at the end. We did see one pup sporting a nice orange safety vest. |

| Comments: |
Oh, so much water on the trails, like walking in a stream on at least half of the trail (so it seemed). Plenty of mud to accompany all the water. Many sections of traversing the edge of the trail to avoid the wetness and mud. Some snow at higher elevations, but nothing requiring traction. Only one other person on the trails. Another person started, but must have turned around since her car was gone when we returned. |
