We called first to make sure that Loon is hiker friendly. They are.
For the majority of the hike we were able to snowshoe up trails that were still closed. When we shared trails with the skiers it was easy to keep to the side and out of their way. Stopped at the bird sanctuary on our way down but didn't get any birds to feed out of our hand. |
