Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: only 1 other vehicle in the lot adjacent to the trailhead (and another pulled in after us) after 7a. Upon return after 2p multiple vehicles (about 6-7) parallel parked on York Pond Road but the little lot was empty save for ours.
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Wet Trail, Ice - Breakable Crust, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable
Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment: Light Traction
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The several stream crossings were fairly easy "walk overs" or simple run and hop (for the little guy). The one main crossing early on Bunnell Notch Trail had higher water levels; however, rocks were exposed for stepping but they were all wet and the bottoms of our boots got wet- despite this, we still found it rather easy (hand hold required for the little guy who did very well).
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: BLOW DOWNS: 2 "duck unders" that we recall and about 4+ "walk overs"
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes:
Bugs
Bugs: :-)
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: None that we saw

Comments
Comments: The majority of the wet trail / water on trail was primarily on Bunnell Notch Trail itself. And the snow and majority of the ice were of course higher up- starting around 1/2 way up KRT. Despite this, we felt it safe to *not* donn our traction-> we felt quite safe with our boots only.
