One very large downed tree across the original trail, no obvious walk around. Keep to the left then find the trail again towards the right. Yellow blazes are fading and spaced out. |

| Comments: |
Didn’t need any traction but could be helpful on the steeper areas with frozen snow. Nice variety of terrain. Long road walk, hemlock forest, beech trees galore, steep section with boulders and finally open slab at Owls Cliff for a fine view. |
