Used microspikes door to door. Rock spikes were barely suitable on the icy ledge areas where the ice was smooth and hard (as opposed to crunchy grippy ice). Would have preferred Hillsounds with longer and sharper spikes but made due with what I brought. Made it up and down in 2hr40min. Saw only 2 guys heading down as I was ascending. Conditions are changing rapidly so your experience may vary. |
