Great day outside, some groups of people but I think cold scared most away. An excellent day to spend time in the mountains. These trails are in excellent shape. Put spikes on not long after the junction for the hut on the way up Crawford path. Wore them until I was almost all the way back down (past the junction) mostly because I was too lazy to take them off and there were random patches of ice. Spikes are necessary due to all the ice but you won’t wear them all day (at least for now) Pray for snow y’all, I’m ready!! |
