No views on Starr King and Waumbek for Thanksgiving but nice hike in a nearly winter environment! There was wet snow up to the evergreen level than the snow became more granular and mostly powder near summit. Only 2-3 inches on summit, leaves visible in oak forest.
I hiked nearby Boy Mtn in afternoon for the views. This little peak has a cool outlook in direction of Northern Presis. Mostly wet snow as of today.
