Comments
Comments: Gorgeous day. Started around 10 am. Arrived on South Moat when the sun got out and saw the sky clearing during the day. Some parts of trail are on bareground, others on wet snow or wet slabs. Be careful tomorrow when this will be freezing. I was the first to set tracks between South and Middle Moat. This part could have been snowshoed but bareboots still worked fine on frozen snow. On the way back I saw about 12 people in different parties. I met a hunter looking for deer about 1/2 mi. from trailhead!
