Comments
Comments: Bit more snow than anticipated; 6-8" of snow with minimal crust. Trails could use a little snowshoe love; no one was using them today. Up to the Cedar Brook Trail intersection, a nice base is set up that was easily bare booted. We were the only ones to continue on the HRT after the CBT intersection. We did not haul snowshoes in anticipation of the BW, so this trail would benefit from some snowshoe travel; did manage to break out for some travel.

Jumped into open woods before HOL. Keeping to the west of the steep / tallis area. Mostly open forest with a few sprucy thicker stretches. Snow depth was around 6-8" here as well. Both canisters are easy to locate.
