Comments
Comments: Took Crawford Path to Franklin (Out n' Back). Loose/packed snow up until the base of Eisenhower, threw on microspikes then. No notable icy sections yet, although that could change quickly.

Trail past Eisenhower was much less travelled. I believe I was the only one making it more than a half mile past Eisenhower. Snow drifts were minimal, but started becoming an issue right at Franklin. Decided to turn around rather than break trail to Monroe.

AT bypass around Eisenhower was very hard to find and not packed out at all. Does not appear like anyone has done that yet. A few hikers spent some time searching for it, and just turned around and re-summited Eisenhower instead.

Temps: Probably low teens to low 20's.
Wind: ~ 20 mph, gusts up to 35/40 mph.
10 AM start, was up on the exposed ridge from about 11:30AM - 1PM. Conditions were brisk and windy, but totally fine.
