I decided to leave my snow shoes in the car and for the first 3 miles that wasn't an issue. But by the time I got to the tent site the desire to slog through was lost at the blow down. Its funny that I passed 4 others coming down and they all said they made it up to the tent site but I was the only one to do so. One said they went beyond the junction by a lot. Not sure if this was a lack of understanding where they were but the trail to the tent site has an obvious sign. Oh well. |
