Comments
Comments: Trail up to the cut off over to Middle Sister is fairly packed but with loose powder on top. Kind of like walking in sand. From main train over to Middle Sister was not packed. Snow in places is over a foot deep leading to occasional post holing. Trail down the Champney Falls is well packed. It is not possible to safely get to Pitcher Falls right now. Ice is very thin under foot. Falls had some beautiful Ice.
Saw some very very fresh Bear tracks towards Middle Sister. So fresh I suspect we spooked a bear before he/she was within our sight.
