Patchy snow on the lower mountain, becoming a little more consistent higher up (about 1-2", currently a spring-like consistency with the warmer temperatures today). Lots of patchy ice on the main trail from old tracks freezing. I was able to bareboot with care, but old Microspikes wouldn't be overkill.
Cloudy afternoon/early evening with temperatures just under 40F. Rain started around 5:30. |
