Comments
Comments: We were well prepared for winter hiking but didn't need spikes or really even a puffy coat or gloves today. Trails are in great shape, a bit muddy on Benjamin Weeks trail on the way down, but other than that near perfect conditions. We thought Rowe would be a bit of a snooze but it was a great little hike especially since its been a few weeks since we've been able to get out. The ledges before the summit overlooking Gunstock was the view highlight for today and we definitely meandered up and down and took our time noticing the beautiful forest and kept our eyes peeled for any signs of any wildlife, unfortunately don't think we even saw a bird. Nonetheless, a great chill loop hike and the few people we saw today were super friendly and we were all grateful to be out on such a beautiful early December day!
