Mt Adams and Madison today. Great team effort in white out conditions for the most part above treeline. Snow was wet but packed well going up, mostly slushy coming down. Snowshoes were a must have above treeline. Ran into John, Joanie, and the Pringles hiker who laid a nice track for us to follow to the summit of Adams bypassing the bony part of the Airline Tr. Thanks guys! Really made a difference. |
