Snowshoes door to door. They weren't absolutely necessary (except on the ski trail, although not everyone was using them, poor snow cover in places, and saw no skiiers).but there was an occasional posthole and made things easier. I brought crampons and spikes but didn't bother. Of course the trail will probably turn into a luge after tomorrow. Steeper than I remembered up to osceola. |
