Comments
Comments: kind of a yucky day on Israel. put on microspikes about a mile up the trail- better safe than sorry. Did see a couple coming down in sneakers and no traction and they seemed like they were slipping around a ton but appeared to have completed the hike. above about 2000ft elevation the trail started to get really sloshy- plenty of water, slush, ice- feet were wet pretty quickly. I'm sure this will all change tonight into tomorrow. Otherwise trail is in good condition. This always ends up being a great hike that never really seems like a ton of effort.
