| Comments: |
Much of the snow at lower elevation has melted away with only a few inches of new snow from the latest storm. Bare booted a little then put spikes on the rest of the way. Higher up, there is a nice rock solid base from the melt & refreeze with a few inches of fresh powder on top. None of it was deep enough for snowshoes to be worth it. The ladders were easy with no major icy spots either. For now, traction is sufficient. |
