Comments
Comments: First attempt at getting back outside after being down with the sickness for about 10 days. Made it to about 4100 feet, just below the second lookout and felt like I was about to keel over. Coach Stacy suggested we call it a day based on my skin tone matching the snow, I didn’t argue with her.

Expected more snow up high but we never saw more than an inch or two of fluff from the car to 4100. Spikes door to door, carried the snowshoes. Passed 3 people on our way down.

With the temps hovering around freezing, the road could definitely get icy later this week when the traffic packs down the small amount of snow. It was ok today though.
